ENTER your property into the a Listing Service and install a FOR SALE sign on your front lawn, complete with "Take One" box and Lock Box on door.

UNTIL THE SALE OF YOUR HOME, we will verbally (and/or in writing if appropriate) keep in touch with you at least once a week regarding the current market and the marketing progress of your house.
We will be involved with any and all purchase offer presentations on your house.
We will assist you in qualifying any prospective purchasers, (including expert lender pre-qualification as needed) and help negotiate all purchase offers to your satisfaction.
We will assist the purchasers (and/or cooperating agent) in finding the most appropriate financing available to assure the sale goes to settlement smoothly.
We will monitor all aspects of the transaction as it goes to settlement and give you regular updates on its progress.
We will accompany you to the settlement table, and make sure you are satisfied with all aspects of the procedure.
