HOMEBOOK INFORMATION
A Homebook is a notebook that contains valuable information about an individual property. It can be a valuable marketing tool in making potential buyers realize the quality and value your home has to offer. It will also distinguish your home from the competition. Most agents don’t even suggest a Homebook. Having one has tremendous impact on perspective purchasers.
As part of our marketing plan, we help prepare a Homebook. We have found that properties with Homebooks sell in a shorter period of time and usually for more money than other homes on the market. Buyers appreciate the information and the book usually becomes a permanent record for that home.
We’ll need you to provide:
Utility bills for the past 12 months
A list of all energy features
A copy of your floor plan and survey
Photos of the home that might be of interest
A list of replacement items and dates
Any warranties or certificates
Neighborhood organizations or amenities
Special information about schools and places of worship
